Coordination support includes budget and calendar creation, as well as all vendor communication. Meanwhile, our designers will create a day full of details that reflect your vision. From the inspiration to the sourcing to the installation, we’ll dream up the backdrop for your one-of-a-kind event.
Design & Coordination
Think of this as the happy medium between our Two-Month and Full Service packages. This package is for those who want a hand in coordinating logistics. We get it—we dig logistics too! We’ll focus on design while you get planning. Then, three months before your event, we’ll step in to tie up loose ends and take the details off your plate. At that point, it’s time for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy your party.
Best of Both Worlds
60 Day Coordination
This package is designed for those who want to step back a bit before their big day and let us put together the finishing touches. We’ll handle vendor communication, timeline, floor plan, and other details the 60 days leading up to your event so that you can forget about logistics and really enjoy. Best of all, our team will set up and tear down décor, leaving you and your guests free to celebrate.
